The mission of the Buildings and Grounds Department is to provide a clean and safe environment for citizens and employees of the Town of Carver. The Buildings and Grounds Department takes care of all the town's buildings except the schools. We oversee daily custodial, and maintenance duties, renovation projects, new construction and grounds maintenance. Buildings and Grounds also provides water service to the municipal facilities and The Town of Carver Meadow Brook Housing Complex located behind the Public Library.
